BRAUN Maschinenfabrik GmbH and its Chinese subsidiary, BRAUN Machine Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd., have jointly received another order from a Chinese SBQ-producer.

Chengde Jianlong Special Steel Co., Ltd. has awarded BRAUN with an order for the delivery of the cut-off machines and auxiliary equipment for the new Medium Bar Mill in Chengde, Hebei Province, PR China.

After the first order in 2015 for two (2) TS 12 F abrasive cut-off machines (installed in the Small Bar Mill), this is now nice follow-up order in the JIANLONG Group. This again shows the customer's trust in the products of the company BRAUN and the fulfillment of the promised and rendered service. The order for the abrasive cut-off machines for the medium bar mill is the largest in the company's history to date.

BRAUN Maschinenfabrik GmbH is going to deliver four (4) cut-off machines of the type TS 16F including all hydraulic components, the electrical equipment as well as the entire automation system. BRAUN Machine Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd.). supplies the complete material handling and transport facilities.

With the newly built medium bar mill, in which the BRAUN cutting unit and associated equipment will be installed, up to 1,000,000 tons per year of rolled products in the diameter range of 60 to 180 mm are to be produced. The BRAUN equipment will be delivered in July 2022. Commissioning and acceptance are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
