At the beginning of May, BRAUN Maschinenfabrik was commissioned by BGH Edelstahl GmbH to deliver a TS 12 W cut-off machine. The system is intended for the BGH plant in Freital in eastern Germany and is part of a new forging line.

With the new TS 12 W cut-off machine, hot forged round, square and rectangular bars are cut. In addition to the cut-off machine, the order includes a scrap disposal system, infeed and outlet roller table, material clamping devices, moveable and liftable roller bench, revolving head stamping machine as well as a laser length measuring system and a remote maintenance system.

The commissioning of the new plant is planned for mid-2023.
